Homeward Bound by Willowbrook is developing a Dog Training Assistance Program in Spokane County to help address behavioral challenges that can lead to unnecessary surrender.

By building partnerships with qualified dog trainers, we aim to support families experiencing difficulties and help shelter and rescue dogs prepare for successful transitions into loving homes.
